Find your Overwatch 2 sensitivity
Open Options > Controls > General > Mouse in Overwatch 2 and note the value of Sensitivity.

The math behind it
Overwatch 2 turns 0.0066° per mouse count at sensitivity 1 and Valorant turns 0.07°. Dividing one by the other gives the multiplier: 0.0066 ÷ 0.07 = 0.0943.
