The math behind it
Apex Legends turns 0.022° per mouse count at sensitivity 1 and Valorant turns 0.07°. Dividing one by the other gives the multiplier: 0.022 ÷ 0.07 = 0.3143.
Apex runs on a modified Source engine and keeps the 0.022 yaw. CS2, CS:GO and Titanfall 2 values copy across 1:1.
ADS Mouse Sensitivity Multiplier is separate and defaults to 1.0.
Valorant turns 0.07 degrees per mouse count at sensitivity 1. That is about 3.18 times more than CS2 for the same number, which is why Valorant values look so small.
The field of view is locked at 103, so no FOV slider can change how your hipfire feels.
Apex Legends to Valorant FAQ
How do I convert Apex Legends sensitivity to Valorant?
Multiply your Apex Legends sensitivity by 0.3143. For example, 1.5 in Apex Legends is 1.5 × 0.3143 = 0.471 in Valorant. This assumes the same mouse DPI in both games.
What is 1.5 Apex Legends sens in Valorant?

Do I need the same DPI in Apex Legends and Valorant?
It is easiest to keep one DPI for every game. If you do use a different DPI in Valorant, enter it in the second DPI field and the converter adjusts the result.
Why does Valorant still feel different after converting?
The conversion matches hipfire turn speed. Apex Legends and Valorant can still differ in field of view, movement speed and how scoped or ADS sensitivity is scaled, which changes how fast a turn looks on screen. Play a few sessions before you adjust the number.
