Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("terms") apply to your use of sensconverters.com and every tool and page on it (the "site"), operated by SensConverters ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. The service

SensConverters provides free tools for gamers: a mouse sensitivity converter between games, eDPI, DPI and cm/360 calculators, a mouse DPI tester, conversion tables and reference pages about game settings and professional players' setups. The tools run in your browser. No account, payment or download is needed.

2. Who may use the site

The site is intended for a general audience. If you are under the age of majority where you live, please use the site with the involvement of a parent or guardian. You must use the site in line with the laws that apply to you.

3. What you may do

You may use the tools for personal and non-commercial purposes, share results with friends and teammates, link to any page, and quote short extracts with a link back to the page they came from. Streamers, coaches and content creators are welcome to show the tools on screen and to mention results in videos and guides.

4. What you may not do

• Copy, scrape or republish the site, its conversion tables or its game data in bulk, or use them to build a competing database or service.
• Send automated requests at a rate that burdens the site, or try to disrupt, probe or bypass its security.
• Frame the site, or present its pages, tools or results as your own or as affiliated with you.
• Click on ads, or cause others to click on them, other than out of genuine interest, or otherwise interfere with advertising shown on the site.
• Use the site for anything unlawful, or to send spam or harmful material to us.

5. Accuracy of results

We work hard to keep every conversion accurate. Each game's sensitivity values are checked against reference conversions and automated tests before they are published, and pages tell you when a game rounds your input, scales with field of view or uses an approximate curve. Even so, games are patched often and settings can change without notice.

Results are provided for general information and convenience. Always confirm a new sensitivity in game, for example in a practice range, before relying on it in a ranked or competitive match. If you find a value that looks wrong, please tell us so we can check it.

6. Professional player settings

Pages about professional players' settings summarise publicly available information from the sources and dates shown on each page. Players change their settings and equipment frequently, so the values may be out of date. These pages are not endorsed by the players or their teams.

7. Intellectual property

The site's design, text, code, conversion tables and the way the game data is compiled belong to SensConverters, except where noted. These terms do not give you ownership of any of it; they give you permission to use the site as described in section 3.

Game titles, logos and related names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify the games the tools support. SensConverters is an independent site and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any game publisher, developer, hardware maker or esports organisation.

8. Feedback and suggestions

If you send us corrections, game suggestions or other feedback, you allow us to use it to improve the site without any obligation to you. Please do not send anything you consider confidential. How we handle your email is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Advertising and links to other sites

The site may display ads served by third parties such as Google AdSense, and some pages link to other websites, for example the source of a player's settings. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, products or privacy practices of advertisers or linked sites. Your dealings with them are solely between you and them.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and all results are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the site will always be available, error free or free of harmful components.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SensConverters is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of ranking, matches, data, profit or opportunity, arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its results. Because the site is free, our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to zero, except where the law does not allow such a limit. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to hold SensConverters harmless from claims, losses and costs arising from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.

13. Changes to the site and to these terms

We may add, change or remove tools, games and pages, or suspend the site, at any time. We may also update these terms. The current version is always on this page with the date of the last update at the top. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the place where the operator of SensConverters is established, without regard to conflict of law rules. Nothing in these terms removes any rights you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live.

15. General

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with thePrivacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the site.

16. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected] or through the contact page.
