How to convert Warzone sens to Apex Legends

  1. 1

Find your Call of Duty: Warzone sensitivity

Open Settings > Keyboard & Mouse > Mouse in Call of Duty: Warzone and note the value of Mouse Sensitivity.

  2. 2

    Enter it in the converter

Type the value into the Sensitivity field above. Call of Duty: Warzone and Apex Legends are already selected.

  3. 3

    Set your mouse DPI

Enter the DPI you play at. Leave both DPI fields the same unless you use a different DPI in each game.

  4. 4

Type the result into Apex Legends

Open Settings > Mouse/Keyboard in Apex Legends and set Mouse Sensitivity to the converted value.

The math behind it

Call of Duty: Warzone turns 0.0066° per mouse count at sensitivity 1 and Apex Legends turns 0.022°. Dividing one by the other gives the multiplier: 0.0066 ÷ 0.022 = 0.3.

Modern Call of Duty games share one mouse scale of 0.0066 degrees per count, so the same number feels identical in Warzone, Modern Warfare and Black Ops.

ADS Sensitivity Multiplier is a separate setting. Keep it at 1.00 if you want aiming down sights to stay proportional to your hipfire.

Apex runs on a modified Source engine and keeps the 0.022 yaw. CS2, CS:GO and Titanfall 2 values copy across 1:1.

ADS Mouse Sensitivity Multiplier is separate and defaults to 1.0.

Warzone to Apex Legends FAQ

How do I convert Call of Duty: Warzone sensitivity to Apex Legends?

Multiply your Call of Duty: Warzone sensitivity by 0.3. For example, 6 in Call of Duty: Warzone is 6 × 0.3 = 1.8 in Apex Legends. This assumes the same mouse DPI in both games.

What is 6 Warzone sens in Apex Legends?

6 in Call of Duty: Warzone equals 1.8 in Apex Legends at the same DPI. With an 800 DPI mouse both give 28.9 cm per 360° turn.

Do I need the same DPI in Warzone and Apex Legends?

It is easiest to keep one DPI for every game. If you do use a different DPI in Apex Legends, enter it in the second DPI field and the converter adjusts the result.

Why does Apex Legends still feel different after converting?

The conversion matches hipfire turn speed. Call of Duty: Warzone and Apex Legends can still differ in field of view, movement speed and how scoped or ADS sensitivity is scaled, which changes how fast a turn looks on screen. Play a few sessions before you adjust the number.
