Find your Call of Duty: Warzone sensitivity
Open Settings > Keyboard & Mouse > Mouse in Call of Duty: Warzone and note the value of Mouse Sensitivity.

The math behind it
Call of Duty: Warzone turns 0.0066° per mouse count at sensitivity 1 and Fortnite turns 0.005555°. Dividing one by the other gives the multiplier: 0.0066 ÷ 0.005555 = 1.1881.
